Professional Bio

Edwin is a Legal Practitioner and aspiring academician with a demonstrated history of working in private and public practice. He is skilled in litigation, legal research, legal advice, analytical skills, problem solving, and legal writing. He prides himself in solving people’s legal problems in the most efficient manner.

Edwin believes that the law is one important avenue through which people from all walks of life can be treated fairly and justly.

Edwin has advised individual and corporate clients on the latest Zambian employment law matters and has published an insightful article on the most frequently asked questions and answers surrounding the Employment Code Act No. 3 of 2019 a fairly recent statute. He has successfully handled criminal and civil litigation in the Subordinate Courts and the Superior Courts.

Edwin is a strong believer in resolving legal disputes without resorting to lengthy and costly litigation. To this end, he has assisted clients in reaching out-of-court resolution of disputes. He believes recourse to litigation should only be had as the last resort as it often leaves litigants emotionally and financially bruised.

Educational and Work Experience

Edwin holds a diploma in law as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB). He also holds postgraduate professional qualification from the Zambia Institute of Advanced Legal Education (ZIALE). He is an Advocate of the Zambian Superior Courts.
